Joshua and his wife, Nicole, are actively involved in childhood education in Colorado, where they greatly enjoy raising their three children.

Steve’s real estate experience encompasses all phases of the life cycle – including acquisitions, development, asset management and operations – and he has been involved in > $12 billion of transactions and development projects, with particular expertise in multifamily

Steve holds a BA in Government from Dartmouth College, a JD from the University of Michigan Law School, and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

Ryan holds an MS in Accounting from the University of Virginia and a BS in Accounting from Colorado State University.

Ryan is a licensed CPA in Virginia and Colorado.

Ryan and his wife, Jodi, live in Denver with their dog where they love to travel, hike, and spend time outdoors.
