  • In 1975, Terry founded and subsequently managed the predecessor companies that became Aimco at its IPO in 1994

  • Terry has transacted on, and operated, more than an estimated 1 million apartment homes in his career


Terry and his wife, Betsy, are actively involved in philanthropy, education reform, and ranching in Western Colorado.


Most of all, they enjoy three adult children, their spouses, and their remarkable grandchildren.
